Guam’s climate is pleasingly fine all year round. The coolest and least moist months are from December through February. Even though the hottest months are from March through August, the cool trade winds blow steadily. There are two seasons; the dry and the rainy. The rainy season falls from July to November. The dry season, which is the best time to visit Guam, begins in December through June.

Guam has two official languages: Chamorro and English. Both languages are taught in schools and appear in official documents. The Chamorro (Chamoru) language derives its origins over 5000 years ago. It belongs to the western group of the Austronesian language family.
