Utah is a U.S. State located on the Western region of the country. Utah is bordered to the south by Arizona, Colorado on the east, Idaho on the north and on the north east Wyoming and finally Nevada on the west. Utah is among the most urbanized states with vast areas of land uninhabited. It has also been classified under the fastest growing states according to the recent U.S. Census. The State’s capital is Salt Lake City which is also the largest city.

Utah has four seasons, however because of the range of elevation of altitude, weather conditions normally vary significantly across the state. In summer, generally as most desert states, the days are hot while the nights are cold or cool. Winters are snowy and cold except in the south western region of the state. Mountain temperatures are pleasantly cool but can be really cold at night, during summer season too.

Utah’s official language is English. However due to immigration and ancestry groups other languages such as Spanish followed by German are used in the State.

Utah uses the dollar currency. The state has ranked as the top state in two business articles including the Forbes’ list. Major industries in the state include cattle ranching, mining, government services and salt production. Foreign currency conversion is available in most banks and hotels
